William Slim Drive Duplication included widening the existing road corridor to allow multiple lanes of traffic in each direction. The duplication included a new bridge crossing over Ginninderra Creek.

Ormond Civil Drilled & Installed 10 Quantity of 750mm Diameter Piles & 12 Quantity of 900mm diameter Piles to enable column extensions from Ground to Bridge deck. Temporary Steel Casing & Concrete pumping was required to overcome drilling from a higher RL, initial loose ground conditions and water inflow. A Core Barrel was then engaged along with Stitch Drilling the rock to overcome the high strength Siltstone after 4m depth.
